Anna & Dave got married last month at the gorgeous Great John Street Hotel in Manchester. Although I’m based in Yorkshire, I do consider myself a bit of a Manchester Wedding Photographer too, as I tend to get a lot of work from west of the Pennines. It was a fantastically relaxed wedding, you couldn’t meet a more laid back couple. It’s a good job, because at the very second the service ended, right as they were walking up the aisle, the heavens opened. I have never seen rain like it!! Luckily, everyone took it in their stride and just moved the celebrations indoors.
After the service, everyone moved on to the Ox Noble, a proper old style pub with amazing food. The evening’s entertainment was in line with the relaxed theme – there was music, dancing, darts, table football and a Jenga set that could cause injury it was so big!! A great time was had by all – including me!
I love nothing more than to shoot a wedding that has the couples personality stamped all over it. Everything about this wedding, from the venues to the Brides speech to the music, that I suspect Dave (A keen guitarist) chose most of, said great things about them. It was a pleasure to shoot.
I hope you enjoy the pictures
